Comdain was engaged to deliver total design, specification and construction of their dream modern French Provincial family home. The elegant dwelling was designed to offer numerous living and entertaining options, whilst providing enough space for each family member to have their own privacy.
Externally the home is highlighted by arched cedar windows, 50mm clay brickwork, shingle roofing tiles, detailed render workmanship and exquisite Juliet balcony.
The emphasis is very much on lifestyle, with internal and outdoor options for entertaining. The integrated alfresco area has a timber lined ceiling with a built-in brick/render/stone BBQ preparation unit, surberbly finished with a BBQ and preparation sink.
