Port Melbourne

This modernist inspired architecture developed with VIA Architects combines juxtaposing cubes wrapped in commercial cladding punctuated by earthy face brick, rendered brickwork and natural timbers.

The heart of the building is contrasted with white corrugated iron cladding, geometric rendered formwork creating balconies and deep vertical facias with copper surface sculptures connecting the building to the surrounding landscape.

Inside the light well is complemented by a feature staircase of timber, glass and stainless steel elements, which sets the overall tone for the feel of the homes.
