30 Years MBAV Membership Recognition

Our managing directors, John and James Coen, were recently presented with a commemorative plaque in appreciation of Comdain Homes’ 30 years continuous membership of the Master Builders Association Victoria. A proud achievement for John and James Coen and all the Comdain team.

Upon receiving the plaque from MBAV’s CEO Radley de Silva and President Melanie Fasham, John thanked the MBAV for its dedication to and support of all facets of the construction industry.

Since its beginning, Comdain Homes has been a MBAV member, recognising the value of being able to access the MBAV’s wide range of services and specialist up-to-date advice on a number topics including Building Permits, Sustainable Building, Insurance, Warranties, Training and OH&S.

The MBAV has 8,500 members, 300 of which have been members for 30+ years. We’ve still got a few years to go to catch up with the two builders who have been members for 70 years!

Client Testimonial

“We can remember visiting the site almost every day and being excited as each stage progressed. The trades people Comdain used were friendly, approachable and always willing to help and suggest alternatives when we were stuck. Their attention to detail was obvious and they spent a lot of time to make sure everything comes together. There was something I had not seen for some time, ‘pride in their work’”
