Winner HIA Victorian Professional Medium Builder 2015

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) awarded Comdain Homes ‘Winner Professional Medium Builder 2015’ at the recent 2015/2016 HIA Victorian Awards.

This is the 6th time in 8 years Comdain Homes has won this prestigious award – something we are very proud of.

The judges were particularly impressed with our strong focus on customer service, saying, “The Company places a strong emphasis on developing pre-sale client relationships and education to avoid misunderstandings and conflict through the build process and beyond.

“The Company runs seminars, conducts site visits and has produced a DVD to assist clients to feel at ease during each stage.”

Another key point of difference that impressed the judges is our investment in staff education and professional development which underpins our team’s success.

HIA Victorian Executive Director, Gil King congratulated all participants of the awards, stating, “The HIA CSR Victorian Awards this year were extremely competitive. The quality of the entries received from right across the State left the judges applauding our industry.

“All winners should be proud to have reached the heights of building standards demonstrated in these quality homes.”
