We won the National Business Leadership Awards 2019 ‘Medium Residential Building Business of the Year’ award.

Comdain Homes is proud to anounce that we won the National Business Leadership Awards ‘Medium Residential Building Business of the Year’ award.

The award, run by Master Builders Australia and sponsored by Cbus Super, is open to building and construction businesses across Australia. The national award recognises excellence in innovation, improvement initiatives, industry leadership and best practice, and corporate social responsibilities within their business. The award also aim to inspire all businesses to make excellence in best practice the foundation of their mission and brand.

“Best practice is what Comdain is about. Whatever we do, we try to do best practice,” says managing director, John Coen. “We’ve got an excellent team right through from our designers to our on-site guys. Design wise we try to be a step ahead of the pack, so that’s helped us, not just in winning this award, but in running a successful business.”

We’re thrilled to have won the inaugural Medium Residential Building Business of the year award. Last year we celebrated 30 years as a residential builder and we’ve been a member of the Master Builders Association for 30 years. John can still remember joining the Master Builders back in the housing guarantee fund days and becoming a Master Builder was everything, so to receive this award 30 years later is a huge honour.
