THE Urbane Forster by Comdain Homes is a home that promises to capture your attention from the first glance.

Its contemporary facade has a welcoming appeal thanks to its western red cedar cladding, windows and custom-made feature door.

Step inside the custom-built home and you will be greeted with a luxurious four-bedroom home complete with smart-home technology, built with professional couples and second or third-home buyers in mind.

“Being custom luxury builders, we’re able to include as much or as little as our clients would like,” Comdain Homes sales and marketing manager Rodney Ord says.

The Camberwell display home, for example, has as an inviting pool lapping along one side of the house.

This striking visual feature can not only be seen via the American oak feature staircase on raised platform, but also the home’s main living area, which comes complete with lofty 3.6m ceilings.

Also claiming poolside position is the open-plan dining and kitchen area, while the living room opens out to an alfresco area to make indoor/outdoor entertaining a breeze.
